Li Wei, working at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, is a chief physician, professor, Doctor of Medicine (Japan), and master's supervisor. He specializes in oculoplastic surgery, minimally invasive injectable cosmetic treatment, laser facial rejuvenation, breast plastic surgery, and hemangiomas. He has comprehensive expertise in the integrated and sequential treatment of various types of hemangiomas and vascular malformations, and has achieved certain breakthroughs in basic and applied research on photodynamic therapy.
